Paul recently posted a video tutorial showing how to setup Adobe Illustrator to do web layout design. The settings shown will give you fine tune control over object placement and line quality which is essential when doing web layouts in Adobe Illustrator using Pixel Preview mode. This minimizes the amount of cleanup necessary when your finished layout is transferred to Adobe Photoshop or output directly from Illustrator.
